Description
Ladislas is Principal at Kois. He is in charge of advising Kois’s European clients on innovative funding structures, as well as sourcing and managing impact investments for Kois’ private equity European fund, Impact Expansion. Ladislas structured a number of public-private social transactions in Belgium and France, including the two largest social impact bonds in France for Apprentis d’Auteuil and Médecins du Monde. Before joining Kois, Ladislas worked in Corporate Finance at General Electric and J.P. Morgan. Ladislas holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Université Paris Dauphine and a Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics.
