Description

Sandra Rimbot is LVMH Group Director, Talent Management. An Irish citizen with international experience, she has thrived within an American company with a centralized management structure, and a French company with a decentralized one. Sandra has past experiences as a Human Resources Director with strong trade union relations, headquarters management, and management at subsidiary level, in diverse sectors such as hospitality, luxury, perfumes & cosmetics, wines & spirits, and fashion – all environments where best in class organisations compete for exceptional talents, and where success comes from people and organisations, as well as products. Her current role at LVMH includes Talent Management, Retail Talent Management, Employer Branding and Reputation, HRIS and digital transformation of the HR function. The Group has 75 brands worldwide and employs more than 160 000 people in over 70 countries. Sandra oversees career development for top Senior Executives within LVMH, development of future leaders, employer branding and reputation for the Group, and leading the digital transformation of the HR function. She previously held a European HRD role for Moët Hennessy, based in London, covering 18 brands spread out over 52 countries. This involved management of a Headquarter team of multinationals and functions, together with Country based organisations. It was a diverse role in terms of business structures (joint ventures and subsidiaries), cultures and leadership styles. She first joined the Group in 2003 as Human Resources Director in charge of Industrial sites and Brands for Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin and Krug. Sandra started her career at Disneyland Paris where she held various HR roles from 1991 to 2003, contributing to the set-up from scratch of the park which opened in 1992 with 12.000 cast members.
